Fulham Midfielder Sasa Lukic Joins Ipswich Town

Fulham midfielder Sasa Lukic has completed a medical ahead of joining Ipswich Town for a package worth £9million ($12.1m). The 29-year-old will sign a four-year contract with the Tractor Boys, reuniting with former Fulham coach Alvaro Arbeloa.

Lukic arrived at Craven Cottage from Torino in January 2023 and was committed to Fulham until 2027 with the option of a further year. He made 30 appearances in all competitions last season, providing two goals and two assists.

Why it Matters for Fulham

Fulham completed the signings of striker Gonzalo Garcia and midfielder Cesar Palacios from Real Madrid on Monday for a combined fee of €50million (£42.9m; $57.4m). Attacking midfielder Harry Wilson and striker Raul Jimenez have both departed following the conclusions of their contracts.
